How the club is run
Committee responsibilities.
The committee normally meets two or three evenings each year, with additional meetings arranged when needed.
Chairperson
Represents the snooker section at Institute meetings, oversees committee decisions and keeps the section running smoothly.
Secretary
Maintains membership records, key-holder agreements, meeting notes and the club’s forms and files.
Treasurer
Records table income, prepares the annual financial summary and supplies figures for the Institute AGM.

Attend meetings and support the club with decisions, feedback and practical matters.
